FlowRight Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services including but not limited to leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater services, pipe repair, fixture installation, and emergency plumbing. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the work.
• Any additional work beyond the original scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
• Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee. All labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and fixtures installed.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowRight Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
